Custom subscriber badges help your community stand out in chat and reward viewers for supporting your channel over time.
If you already have your badge files ready, uploading them to Twitch only takes a few minutes.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
-
Your badge image files
Twitch requires subscriber badges in the following sizes:
-
18 x 18 pixels
-
36 x 36 pixels
-
72 x 72 pixels
The files should be in PNG format, square and under 25 KB each.
Step 1: Open Your Creator Dashboard
Log in to Twitch and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Creator Dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Subscriber Badges Section
In the left sidebar, go to:
Monetization → Subscriptions → Subscriber Badges
Step 3: Choose a Badge Tier
Twitch allows you to assign different badges based on how long someone has been subscribed.
For example:
-
1 Month
-
3 Months
-
6 Months
-
1 Year
and so on
Select the badge tier you'd like to edit under Manage Badges.
Step 4: Upload Your Badge
Click Upload Image and select the badge file for each size.
You'll need to upload all three badge sizes:
-
18 x 18
-
36 x 36
-
72 x 72
Click Upload Badge and then Save.
Your new subscriber badge will become available to eligible subscribers.
That's It!
