Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my files?
After purchase, your download link will be available immediately on the order confirmation page and via email. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you're still having trouble accessing your files, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to purchase. You’ll receive your download link to the email used at chekout after purchase. However, if you create an account, you have the ability to re-download your files anytime.
Can I download from a phone/tablet?
Yes. However, since all products are delivered as ZIP files, it's recommended using a computer for easier downloading and file management.
Files & Compatibility
What file types will I receive?
Static designs (such as emotes, badges, and panels) are delivered as high-quality PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Animated emotes include both PNG (static) and GIF (animated) versions. Other animated products (such as overlays or decorations) are delivered in WEBM or MP4 format, depending on the product type.
All files are ready to upload to supported platforms. Please refer to each product page for specific size, dimension, and file format details.
How do I know if a product is compatible with my platform?
Each product page includes information about file type, dimensions, and intended use. The designs are created for platforms that support custom emotes or graphics (such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord etc.). Please review your platform’s upload requirements before purchasing to ensure compatibility. If you're not sure or you need different sizes/format, please contact me and I’ll be happy to let you know what’s possible.
Do you include PSD/source files?
No. Source files are not included or offered. You will receive the final exported files listed in the product description, ready to use and upload.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro) are accepted. You can also use accelerated checkout options like Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. All payments are processed securely at checkout. I don’t have access to your card or payment details.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. For more info check out the Refund Policy.
Support
Do you offer commissions or custom work?
At the moment, I don’t offer custom commissions. If that changes in the future, it will be announced in the shop or newsletter. Feel free to share suggestions and design ideas via the contact form. I always consider them.
Do you offer recolors?
Yes! The prices below are recolor fees and are charged in addition to the original product price:

50 Emote Mega Pack (Static) - €25
50 Emote Mega Pack (Animated & Static) - €35
Halloween Mega Pack (Animated & Static) - €20

10 Badge Pack - €10
Recolors are available only for existing designs. Custom artwork and commissions are not offered.
Availability is limited and recolor requests may be declined. Please use the contact form to reach out and let me know which design you'd like recolored.

What if I have a problem with my files?
If you experience any problems accessing or using your files, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.
Can I request additional sizes?
Yes, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to provide additional sizes when possible at no extra cost. For Twitch emotes, the 256x256 file works with Twitch’s auto-resize feature that allows you to upload a single file and automatically generate the required sizes. Much faster than having to manunally upload 3 sizes for every emote.
For some products, such as emotes, the maximum size provided is 500x500px.
