PAYMENT

• I accept payments through PayPal only. You will be sent an invoice once your commission request is approved.

• Full payment upfront is required before I start working on your commission.

REVISIONS

• 3 revisions offered. If you want a big change that requires me to start over, you need to pay for a new render.

• Revisions and changes are not possible once you have received the final commission file(s).

REFUNDS

• Full refund is possible if you cancel the commission before I start working on it or if I cancel the commission at any stage for not being able to complete it for any reason.

• Half or partial refund is possible if you cancel the commission after I've started working on it depending on which stage it is at.

• Refund is not possible once you have received the final commission file(s).

DEADLINES/RUSH ORDERS

• If you need the commission fast, you have to let me know beforehand so I can inform you if it's possible for me to complete it or not. Rush orders will cost +50% on top of the original price. 

COMMISSION FILES

• I only offer digital files of my artwork and I never ship any physical product to any physical address.

• You will receive .jpg and/or .png files for 3D renders that are ready to use/post/upload.

• I don't send native files of my work (.blend, .ai, .psd etc.) unless you and I agree otherwise. Extra charges may apply.

THEMES/CONCEPTS
I'm open to working on most themes/concepts, except for NSFW/pornographic, homophobic, racist etc.

RIGHTS

• I reserve the right to upload and post any commissioned artwork anywhere online for personal and promotional purposes and to showcase my work. If the commission is part of an announcement of yours, let me know and I will wait until you post first.

• In the case of rude/inappropriate behavior, a breach of my Terms & Conditions and general misconduct on your part, I have the right to cancel the commission immediately regardless of which stage the commission is at and no artwork will be sent to you.
